Sound Bath

This Sound Bath Meditation is open to the public and is for those who are interested in meditation and sound healing and don't know where to start.Amanda Staunko will easily guide you to a relaxed state of meditation using sound with ancient instruments used in sound healing.Cost:  Suggested Love Offering of $10 received in Gratitude.What to bring: Please bring your own mats, blanket, pillows, masks and anything else that can make you more comfortable. There are a limited number of mats, blankets, and pillows available to borrow.Your Host: Amanda Staunko has been facilitating sacred rest and relaxation by playing the crystal bowls for five years. A trained prayer chaplain and Oneness Blessing giver, she works with bowls, bells and chimes to aid in the transmutation of stagnant energy into healthy, free-flowing energy.Why: To assist anyone suffering from any sort dis-ease in the mind and body connection. It is important that we come together as a community and help heal one another. It is through the power of love and compassion that we gather for each other in a session like this that can shift anything and everything, including our reality about our own ability to heal ourselves, transcend limiting thoughts, fears and beliefs that can keep us in states of chaos without even knowing it. During these changing times, we all can rise up and evolve, expand and transcend any and all limitations.
