About the Event
Being a prayer chaplain means you:
- Hold sacred space
- Lovingly listen
- Pray from the heart
- Hold in confidence what is heard
Even if you have never prayed out loud before, you might feel called to serve in this capacity. Training is provided, along with plenty of practice sessions with fellow chaplains, before you start praying with other members. Please consider this in your prayers. And if you're not certain but interested, you're welcome to join us for the training day. We believe that Spirit works in amazing ways and we trust this process in you.
