Experience the Power of Your Energy

In this 1-day intensive workshop, there will be deepening of your spiritual experience. There will be meditations for spiritual awareness of your own specific energy field as well as meditations for cutting cords of old, toxic relationships. We will look at the inner-connectivity of our energy with others and learn to protect our own energy field. Release work will be done both individually and in the group setting. You will be able to free yourself of energies that have held you back and kept you from living your dreams. This retreat will be in the beautiful setting of Unity North Tampa. **This is in-person only**  We are encouraging you to come for the weekend and stay overnight Friday and Saturday so you can be in a relaxed, healing and protected energetic field. Should you need support with lodging, we will recommend a local hotel or help you find lodging with a member of Unity North Tampa. 

We also encourage you to attend Sunday morning worship service at 11am.
